Acidic foods are the first sources of enamel aggression. Among these foods, we find tomatoes, asparagus, honey, citrus ... Soft drinks, fruit juice, wine, sodas are acidic drinks. Sweets are also bad for the enamel of our teeth, especially the very acidic candies, which tend to bite.
To protect the enamel of your teeth: drink milk after eating a fruit
Dairy products make it possible to remineralise the enamel and to harden it, thanks to the high content of calcium which they contain.
To protect tooth enamel: drink acidic or carbonated drinks with straw
When drinking a soda, sparkling water or a drink that contains acidity, it is recommended to use a straw. Straw reduces the exposure of our teeth to the acid contained in beverages.

This remineralizes the enamel and increase its resistance to acids and moreover to find fresh breath.
