Making house tiles is easy! Make these delicious Parmesan and Thyme Tiles for your summer appetizer, and accompany them with a cold carrot and orange soup.

Cooking time: 6 to 8 minutes
300g Parmesan in pieces
3 tablespoons thyme
Cold carrot soup, orange and coriander Alvalle
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it in a bowl with the thyme.
Place parchment paper on a plate and spread spoons of the mixture, leaving at least 4 cm between the tiles to let them spread during cooking.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Let them cool for a few seconds before removing them.
Let them cool completely on a rolling pin to give them a curved shape.
You can serve your tiles with cold carrot soup and orange alvalle.
